Primary responsibilities include performing new patient evaluations, determining necessary physical therapy based on prescriptions and patient conditions, and planning, preparing, and administering tailored treatment programs. Therapists must also evaluate treatment effects, educate patients on continuing care techniques, maintain timely documentation, and communicate with referring physicians.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current physical therapy license in Florida. While one or more years of experience is preferred, recent graduates are welcome to apply, provided they possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Perform new patient evaluations and examinations Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions, referrals, patient conditions, and records Plan, prepare, and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries Communicate with referring physicians
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida 1+ years of experience in the field is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with vestibular/Pelvic floor/Lymphedema is a plus
