As an NP or PA in Advanced Primary Care, the role involves delivering personalized, patient-centered care utilizing smaller panel sizes and longer visits while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient support. Responsibilities also include focusing on value-based care principles, proactive patient education, and maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.
Candidates must hold a master's degree and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, along with an unrestricted DEA license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC. Preferred experience includes family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care settings, alongside strong communication, trustworthiness, and technical proficiency.
