The Activities Aide organizes and leads small and large group activities to support the physical, mental, and social well-being of residents. They work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent schedule of engaging programs.
Candidates should have experience working with the geriatric population and the ability to organize group activities. A valid driver's license is required, and a CNA certification is considered a plus.
Description The Activities Aide is responsible for providing meaningful activities to the residents and works collaboratively with the Activities team to maintain a steady flow of activities that are designed to meet the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.

Ability organize and direct small and large group activities Interest in activities and working with the geriatric population Must have flexibility to work some weekends and holidays Geriatric activities experience preferred CNA certification a plus Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
