As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct care to residents and supervise the activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities also include charting, maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive team rapport.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is also required.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.
