As a Physical Therapist on the WEST Float Team, you will evaluate and empower patients by collaborating with physicians to create tailored care plans. You will also deliver therapy while educating patients and families, set goals, adjust treatment plans, and advocate for patients.

Treat & Teach: Deliver top-notch therapy while educating patients and families on the journey to recovery.

Plan & Progress: Set smart goals, adjust treatment plans, and design discharge strategies that make sense for each unique case.

Support & Share: Serve as a go-to expert for rehab best practices, equipment needs, and patient advocacy.

And of course, you’ll document with precision, work with heart, and always put the patient first. 🛠️ What You Bring to the Table: 🎓 Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program required. 🏅 Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapist + BLS from AHA required. 📆 Experience: 3+ years in acute care or inpatient rehab settings required. 🧠 Skills: Effective communication, compassionate care, team mindset, and solid computer literacy. 💬 Our Promise to You: Flexible assignments that let you experience more without the burnout.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and be a licensed Physical Therapist with BLS certification. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in acute care or inpatient rehab settings is required.
