The Cardiology Sonographer II independently operates ultrasound equipment to produce quality diagnostic echocardiography. Responsibilities include performing cardiac sonograms, assisting with interventional procedures, and participating in educational and quality improvement activities.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of job-related experience, with a preference for 2 years. A two-year Associate's degree in Echocardiography is required, while a four-year Bachelor's degree is preferred.
This position independently operates ultrasound equipment to produce quality diagnostic echocardiography to ensure optimal patient care.This position may require frequent travel to alternative locations.
