Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse – Case Manager for an acute care hospital assignment in Mission Hills, California.

This role supports inpatient care coordination and discharge planning for medically complex patients in a structured hospital environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

POSITION OVERVIEW The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care across the continuum, facilitating safe and timely discharges, and ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift | 5x8s (08

• 00–16:30)
• Weekend rotation required
• Patient ratio: approximately 1:20
• Acute care hospital setting
• Epic EMR
• No floating required

COMPENSATION • Gross

• $2,752 per week
• W2: $24.00 per hour
• Tax-Free
• Stipend: $1,792 per week
