Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status while coordinating care with healthcare professionals.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school and hold a current license in the State of Iowa. Additional certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC are preferred and required after hire if not already certified.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed. Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.
Graduate of an accredited school per applicable licensure Current license in the State of Iowa or meets criteria established by the applicable Board of licensure Ability to read, write and speak English BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
