Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient status while coordinating care with healthcare professionals.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited nursing school and hold a current nursing license in Iowa. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed. Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing
BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wound care Registered Nurse, RN or LPN
Ophthalmic Technician
Resident Care Associate
