Location: 238 Virginia Ave, Campbell, CA 95008

• As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals of all ages regain and improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
• You will assess patients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, including those recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, and orthopedic conditions.
• Your work will involve designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs that focus on restoring independence and functional skills.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure comprehensive care that addresses each patient’s unique needs.
• Ultimately, your efforts will empower patients to achieve their highest level of autonomy and well-being in their home, work, and community environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation settings, including working with neurological and orthopedic patient populations.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques related to sensory integration, physical therapy, and functional rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in specialized areas such as geriatric rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, or pediatric occupational therapy.
• Experience working with patients with cerebral palsy and traumatic brain injury.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment for enhancing patient independence.
