The CNA will work with nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to Veterans by assisting residents with all activities of daily living according to the resident care plan. Responsibilities also include participating in admissions and discharges and documenting care provided in the electronic health record.
Description We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team. You will work with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our Veteran's while assisting residents in all activities of daily living!
$17.97-$22.91 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials).
Sign-on Bonus: $1,500
Provides direct patient care as defined by the resident care plan for all residents at the Veteran's Community Living Center at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center.
Assists residents in all activities of daily living.
Participates in admitting and discharging patients.
Documents care provided through established electronic health record.
Encourages and assists residents to be as independent as possible.
High school diploma or GED (can be in progress). Successful completion of nursing assistant training program and current certification through a state regulatory agency. Previous work experience in a geriatric work environment is preferred.
