$44.58 per hour (eligible for shift differentials). PRN as needed position.
Supervise, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Conduct daily patient visits to assess physical and emotional status Perform routine skin assessments and wound documentation Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in the electronic medical record Review and transcribe physician orders as needed Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient/family education Advocate for patients and assist in resolving care-related concerns Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assigned committees Review incident reports and implement acute temporary care plans Support resolution of patient nutritional concerns Complete required continuing education and in-service training
Minimum Required Education/Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
An acceptable combination of education, training and experience that provides the above knowledge, abilities and skills may be substituted.

Requirements: Must obtain annual flu vaccination and any job-specific immunizations. Required to complete Tuberculosis testing/screening.
Licenses or
Certificates: Valid state license as an RN. Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
