Description We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in a collaborative healthcare environment while building strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.

$50.83 per hour. PRN as needed position. Patient Care & Therapy Services Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Perform screenings and assessments for appropriate patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and accurately document outcomes Communicate patient needs and progress with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Provide education and support to patients and caregivers Collaboration & Facility Engagement Build positive working relationships with facility staff and healthcare professionals Participate in care planning meetings, family conferences, utilization reviews, and interdisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and other rehabilitation professionals Help develop and implement innovative therapy programs and techniques Educate staff and community members about speech therapy services Professional Excellence Maintain compliance with facility policies, patient rights, infection control, and safety procedures Stay current with industry trends, clinical best practices, and continuing education Maintain active state licensure and professional certifications
