The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive primary care services, assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic health conditions for patients of all ages in a family medicine setting. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, managing Medicare Advantage patients, and educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in nursing, an unrestricted APRN license in Florida, and National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in primary health care and family medicine is required, with prior managed care experience strongly preferred.

health outcomes. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse patient
population.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing.
Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
Occasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
Occasional travel for clinic activities may be required.
