Caregiver Part-Time

English Rose is seeking a PT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents.

Our staff to resident ratio is 1

3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents. It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it?

Wage Range

$17 - $24 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise.

Shift times

6a-2p or 2p-10p (every other weekend required).

Required qualifications

• Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
• Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
• Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred)
• Valid Drivers License (preferred)
• Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)

Primary Responsibilities of our Resident Assistants

• Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
• Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services,
• Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.
