The role is responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy at the Behavior Health Center, alongside behavioral health consultation services to Primary Care Teams in outpatient clinics. Duties include conducting consultations, developing realistic treatment plans, providing brief solution-focused therapy, and offering psychoeducation related to chronic medical conditions.
Candidates must possess a Master's in Social Work and hold a California LCSW license, along with a valid California Driver’s License. A minimum of two years' experience providing clinical services in the mental health field is required, and being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, couples and/or family therapy at the Behavior Health Center. In addition, therapists will provide behavioral health consultation services to the Primary Care Teams within Pediatric and Adult outpatient clinics: POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Master's in Social Work LCSW (California license) California Driver’s License Two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Consultations about clients Initial mental health evaluations resulting in realistic treatment plans Assessing clients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc. Provide brief, solution focused therapy; Provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to chronic medical conditions; Provide information and referral services; Care coordination Crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions Provision of other services related to wellness Documentation of services provided in accordance with requirements Other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services Individual psychotherapy with children, adults and families Documentation and scheduling in electronic health record Provide psychotherapy to children and adults; · other duties as assigned
