The Psychiatrist will provide direct medical and psychiatric services, including comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment for assigned patients within the scope of state care. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary staff, providing clinical supervision when necessary, and sharing 24-hour on-call duties.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree and have successfully completed an accredited residency training program in psychiatry. Required credentials include an active Colorado Medical License and a valid DEA certificate, with a preference for a DEA-X certificate and three years of relevant clinical experience.
