Assist clients with mental health and substance use challenges in identifying and securing competitive community-based employment. Develop individualized employment plans and maintain relationships with community employers to support long-term vocational sustainability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and at least six months of experience in vocational rehabilitation or human services. A valid Colorado Driver's License and the ability to work independently in a community setting are essential.
