QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Must have an Associate Degree from an accredited Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant program. Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations. Active PA state license required. At least one year experience in an outpatient or skilled nursing setting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to plan, prepare, organize and run well-organized programs of both group and individual treatments receiving various levels of care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of code of ethics and role delineation, including guidelines for supervision. Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Aides. Active CPR certification.
