The physician will provide high-quality clinical care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions through comprehensive examinations and coordinated treatment plans. Key duties include performing same-day sick visits, wellness checks, and collaborating with the care team using electronic health records.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, completion of an accredited internship and residency, and a valid, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility. Board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board is required, though new graduates who are board eligible will be considered.

We are seeking a full-time Physician committed to compassionate, evidence-based primary care. The ideal candidate values long-term patient relationships, quality outcomes, and collaborative team-based practice.
Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
