$29 - $34 / HOUR
The primary focus is providing high quality and individualized patient care in collaboration with the Nursing Team while supervising CNA and RST staff. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Candidates must possess a valid NYSED LPN Certification and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Elders is preferred.
· Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admission and throughout the course of treatment · Provide regular patient status updates · Update assessment of each patient’s medical status upon admission · Assist in implementation of the patient’s treatment plan under direction of Registered Nurse · Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner Candidate Requirements: · Valid NYSED LPN Certification - Required · Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Elders - Preferred · Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (BLS) Join us in Caring for the Most Important People on Earth.
