The Nurse Practitioner will balance seeing patients on an abbreviated schedule with managing the daily influx of patient communications and clinical results to ensure timely and comprehensive care. Key duties include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing interventions, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in primary care, demonstrating strong knowledge of chronic disease management and preventive healthcare. Required licensure includes an active NJ Nurse Practitioner license, Board Certification as an FNP, and active NJ CDS and DEA licenses, along with BLS certification.
The Nurse Practitioner must have strong clinical skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment. The NP will see patients in the clinic with an abbreviated schedule to allow for Inbox coverage. This role is pivotal in managing the daily influx of patient communications and clinical results to provide timely, comprehensive and compassionate care.
