The Dental Assistant will support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors by assisting during various treatment procedures, taking x-rays, and managing infection control through sterilization of instruments. Key duties also involve executing patient handoffs, monitoring patient flow, performing restorative tasks like soft relines, and supporting doctor charting.
Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within a collaborative team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with any state-mandated active license, registration, or certification, including x-ray certification if applicable.
