The Advanced Practice Provider will work within an established outpatient primary care team to provide high-quality patient care. The role involves collaborating with a physician and other APPs while utilizing the resources of a robust health system network.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physician Assistant credentialed from the Florida Physician Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
