About the Role

• As an Occupational Therapist within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by enabling them to perform daily activities independently and safely.
• You will assess patients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that promote recovery and functional ability.
• This role requires close collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with home care regulations and ethical standards.
• You will also be responsible for managing home care services, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and adapting therapeutic interventions to meet the evolving needs of geriatric and other patient populations.
• Ultimately, your work will contribute to improved patient outcomes, increased autonomy, and a higher standard of home health care delivery across diverse settings in the United States.
