The Registered Nurse will deliver inpatient dialysis therapies such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis while collaborating closely with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff. This role involves monitoring patients, adjusting treatments to ensure quality outcomes, and supporting patient care alongside PCTs in dynamic acute care units.
Candidates must possess a current RN license in the state of practice and an ADN is required, with a BSN preferred. While no prior dialysis experience is necessary as paid training is provided, experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is helpful, and passing a color vision test is mandatory.
