The Registered Nurse will deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis while collaborating closely with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff. This role involves monitoring patients, adjusting treatments to ensure quality outcomes, and supporting patient care alongside PCTs in a dynamic hospital environment.
Candidates must possess a current RN license in the state of practice and an ADN is required, with a BSN preferred. While no prior dialysis experience is required as paid training is provided, experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is helpful but not mandatory.
