We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and serve patients from Imperial Beach to Santee. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating home care services, with a strong emphasis on community health and patient education.

$50.00 – $65.00 per hour

Candidates must hold an active California RN license, a current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience is required, with home health experience preferred.
