You’ll help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes.

• Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe environment Plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if needed Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Support ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities Assist with medication self-administration Report patient condition changes to the supervising nurse Qualifications Active CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (Home Health preferred) Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle About Seaport Scripps Home Health We’re part of the Pennant Group network, with 300+ locations nationwide.
