$13 - $15 / HOUR
vary by client and shift, but generally include providing personal care assistance such as hygiene, dressing, and incontinence care, alongside offering companionship and emotional support. Aides will also assist with meal planning, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders as needed.
Candidates must complete a two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray, and pass the state competency test or hold a valid CNA license. A reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel for work, are also required.
