Core responsibilities include providing direct patient care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping within the client's residence. The role also involves companionship, medication reminders, shopping, and assisting with transfers and ambulation.
Applicants must successfully pass a clean criminal background check within the last year and must obtain a two-step tuberculosis test or TSPOT/chest x-ray. If a CNA license is unavailable, completion of a state-provided competency test is mandatory.
