Iris Telehealth is seeking Psychiatrists licensed in Pennsylvania to provide care in a Community Mental Health outpatient setting for 16 hours per week. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, supporting a diverse patient population and expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Setting: Hybrid Onsite/Remote - Join a CMHC in Pennsylvania (Kennett Square)
Schedule: 16 hrs/week | Flexible scheduling Monday–Friday; open to provider availability
Patient Population: Ages 6+ preferred; open to providers who are comfortable treating adult-only (18+)
Primary Diagnoses: Diverse patient population with diagnoses including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorder, SUD, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, and dual-diagnosis presentations
Appointment Times: 60 min. for initial visits | Follow-ups: 20 min. (adults) and 30 min. (children) | 30 min. administrative time included
Support: Strong on-site support staff available to assist with vitals, prior authorizations, patient rooming, and administrative workflow support
No on-call required!

Compensation: Physician (MD/DO): Starting at $190/hour
Must hold an active Pennsylvania medical license (MD/DO) or be an ANCC Board Certified PMHNP. Candidates should be available for 16 hours per week and preferably be comfortable treating patients aged 6 and older.
