Setting: 100% Remote Consult-Liaison Psychiatry (Emergency Department & Inpatient) Compensation: 1099 | Starting at $185/hour with a robust productivity-based compensation model designed to maximize earnings Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for qualified full-time hires Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) Schedule: Full-time nocturnist schedule (13–16 overnight shifts per month), including rotating weekend coverage (1-2 shifts a month) NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP Why Iris Telehealth? Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus. Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program Board Certification in Psychiatry required Minimum of 2 years of post-residency Consult-Liaison Psychiatry experience via telehealth Experience and willingness to evaluate patients ages 5+ in Emergency Department settings Telehealth experience using Epic EMR required Comfortable working across multiple health systems and varying levels of patient acuity Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory Our Benefits: At Iris Telehealth, we believe great care starts with caring for our clinicians.
