Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for adult patients. Provide individual and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry and crisis services.
Setting: 100% Remote | outpatient clinic based out of Kansas Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk, with 3 days being after 5pm CST required Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 30-60 minutes for follow-up appointments Administrative time: 1-2 hours per week Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day Why Iris Telehealth? Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) Active Kansa LSCSW license required Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!)
