The Registered Nurse implements the philosophy, objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures of the Nursing Division under the direction of the Lead RN or Office Manager. This role involves providing direct patient care specifically related to the administration of drugs and biologicals, and training new clinical employees in office protocols.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN license recognized by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing, along with maintaining current BLS certification. Essential abilities include knowledge of current nursing trends, effective communication with patients and staff, and demonstrating age-appropriate patient care skills.
