FLEXpath Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

include providing daily personal care to residents, such as changing bed linens and maintaining grooming supplies in their rooms. The role also involves assisting residents with ambulation and transfers, recording vital signs, and observing and reporting any changes in their condition.

Candidates must possess a current Nursing Assistant certification from the state, and having a current/active CPR certification is preferred. This role is part of the FLEXpath program, offering flexible shift choices.
