The Clinician provides assessments, counseling, advocacy, and mental health stabilization for children and youth to support unification with a sponsor family and safe community living. Duties include conducting required assessments, providing child-facing services, maintaining a clinical caseload, and coordinating external specialized services.
A Master's or doctorate degree in a behavioral discipline like psychology or social work is required, along with licensure or eligibility for licensure, with non-licensed staff needing to attain licensure within three years. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, along with proficiency in computer use and a willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 25%-30% out-of-state.
