The role involves empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve personal goals, build meaningful connections, and champion inclusion by assisting with community access and recreation. Daily support includes help with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and general daily living skills.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license for at least one year without restrictions, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of auto insurance are mandatory for transporting individuals.
