The professional will provide brief, real-time behavioral health interventions, conduct assessments, and offer short-term treatment focusing on patients aged 5 and up, with a special emphasis on pediatric patients (ages 5-11). Responsibilities also include coordinating referrals and supporting the integration of behavioral health services within the primary care setting.
Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar credential, and possess current CPR and Narcan certification, along with two years of clinical experience. Experience in primary care or integrated care settings and comfort working with children are preferred.
