Core responsibilities include acting as an empathetic authority by making strong recommendations, fitting treatment technology, verifying prescriptive programming, and managing follow-up care processes. Clinicians will also perform diagnostic testing, specifically Cognivue, and focus on tinnitus treatment.
The ideal candidate is an Audiologist with a strong interest in tinnitus evaluation and treatment, eager to develop expertise in the HEAR Method™ Tinnitus Relief Program. They must value patient-centered, relationship-driven care and thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded practice setting.

We are seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our team and play a key role in delivering comprehensive care for both hearing loss and tinnitus using our proprietary H.E.A.R. Method™.

Method™ Treatment Program, a structured, evidence-based approach that integrates advanced diagnostic testing, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing care. This method allows our clinicians to effectively treat hearing loss while also addressing tinnitus when present—creating a more complete and meaningful patient outcome.
At Hearing Doctors of New Jersey, we believe that protecting hearing across the lifespan is essential to communication, cognitive health, and overall quality of life. Our private-pay model allows clinicians to spend meaningful time with patients and practice at the highest standard of care—without third-party or discount plan constraints.
