This position provides clerical and administrative services, supporting the department Director with tasks like timecard editing, field file management, occupational health tracking, and equipment tracking. Responsibilities also include assisting with compiling audits, compliance reports, submitting security requests for system access, and creating onboarding schedules for new hires.
A minimum of three years of clerical and administrative experience is required, along with the ability to follow directions and possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with MyTime and Workday is preferred, as is previous work as a Health Unit Coordinator, Patient Care Assistant, PFS Representative, or in a medical clerical setting.
