Why Wake Veterinary Medical Center?

Wake Veterinary Medical Center is a 24-hour hospital providing both primary care and emergency services.

Our emergency service is fully supported by on-site specialty care, including two criticalists, three surgeons, two internists, and one oncologist.

Our ICU is a particular point of pride, staffed by a stable, highly experienced team of credentialed technicians and assistants who deliver exceptional critical care. In addition, a dedicated daytime ICU hospitalist supports the management of hospitalized patients seven days a week, ensuring continuity, oversight, and collaborative case management across services.
