The Behavior Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing programs and services aimed at remediating behavioral and social problems for persons served, while also assisting primary health care providers in recognizing and treating these issues. Core duties include assessing social/behavioral issues, designing compliant support programs, managing data collection and reporting, and developing training for staff and caregivers.
Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills along with experience in functional behavior assessment/analysis and developing social skill lessons. Minimum qualifications require four years of supervised experience working directly with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors alongside co-occurring mental and neurocognitive disorders, coupled with a relevant graduate degree or specific supervised clinical experience.
