The Charge RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients and managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift. This includes delegating assignments, supervising support staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
An Associate's degree in Nursing is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must hold an RN and CPR certification, with ACLS and PALS preferred.

Under direction, provides direct nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process, performs technical nursing functions and upholds the standard of practice of a professional nurse in caring for infant through geriatric patients. Responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities during each shift. Delegates assignments and provides supervision for the support staff in accordance with their level of training and patient’s acuity. Works in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the quality of patient care.
Associates of Nursing Required, Bachelors of Nursing Preferred.
RN and CPR required. ACLS and PALS preferred.
