The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner provides quality women's health care, including well-woman visits and acute care, while collaborating with nursing and medical staff. They also engage with community partners and oversee clinical operations within the OB department.
Candidates must have an MSN or DNP from an accredited program, along with Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certification and relevant licensure. A minimum of 2-3 years of outpatient OB/GYN clinical experience is required.

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing OB/GYN team in a 100% outpatient setting.
This role is focused exclusively on ambulatory women’s health services with no deliveries, no operating room responsibilities, and no inpatient rounding. You will practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical and operational support.
This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who wants procedural autonomy, schedule stability, and long-term career growth.

Loan Repayment & Financial Support – NHSC
Tampa Family Health Centers is an NHSC approved site, making this position eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.
NHSC loan repayment is in addition to base salary, productivity incentives, and TFHC benefits, making this role a strong long-term financial opportunity.
