The Behavioral Health Technician will monitor assigned patients, assist with daily living tasks, and enforce safety protocols. They will also plan and lead therapeutic activities while collaborating with clinical staff to optimize patient care.
Candidates should have a high school education or equivalent and two years of responsible employment history, preferably in Human Services or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
