The Nurse Practitioner Clinic examines and treats patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other healthcare professionals following established standards. This role ensures proper illness and injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved professional school of nursing and complete a State Board of Nursing approved Nurse Practitioner Course. A license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
