The Nursing Assistant will support patients' daily needs, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, while also providing emotional support and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Key duties involve monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting with patient mobility, and communicating effectively with nursing staff about patient status changes.
Candidates must possess the required CNA or HHA certification and the ability to commute to Barnstable, MA. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks, familiarity with HIPAA, and prior experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice settings.
