The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide delegated patient services under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist, assisting in evaluations and the development of rehabilitative care plans. Responsibilities also include participating in progress notes and assuming other duties as deemed appropriate by the Physical Therapist.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school and licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant, in addition to possessing a current CPR (BLS) certification and passing a criminal background check. The role requires the physical ability to perform assessments, bend, stoop, and potentially move patient weight up to 250 pounds.

How we support you professionally: This position is Per Diem and paid per unit Company 401k with 4% company matching
Under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT), provide patient services which have been delegated by the PT Under the supervision of the PT, assist in evaluation and development of a rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as required Participate in the preparation of clinical and daily progress notes Assume other duties deemed appropriate and necessary by the PT
The ability to drive Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the patient's condition and to perform patient care On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move patient weight up to 250 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
Must be a graduate of an approved school Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant Must have a criminal background check Must have a current CPR (BLS) certification
