The Speech Language Pathologist will plan, organize, and deliver specialized therapy services focused on comfort, communication, and quality of life for hospice patients, helping them navigate meaningful end-of-life goals. Essential functions include conducting patient evaluations, establishing individualized plans of care, administering therapy programs, and instructing families/caregivers on treatment strategies.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and meet the education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. A minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a reliable insured automobile are also mandatory.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program, including required internship. Meets education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Certified and licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Licensed driver with an insured, reliable automobile meeting organizational requirements. Minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience.
